Meet Lori
Lori is a familiar face at the studio, having practiced here since 2014. In 2017 she completed teacher training with Laura Juarez and earned her RYT-200 certification. Lori continues to deepen her knowledge and practice through workshops, reading and continuous study. She is passionate about teaching and creating an environment where students feel safe and secure, yet free to explore the physical, mental or spiritual aspects of their yogic journey.
Lori testifies that her asthma has practically disappeared since beginning her yoga practice and one of her favorite sayings is, “If you can breathe, you can do yoga.”
In addition to teaching, Lori is eager to apply her leadership skills with the Pure Yoga tribe. Most importantly, Lori is committed to spreading the “Pure Yoga love” to current and potential students while making a positive impact on the broader community, and she welcomes your ideas to further these efforts.
Lori considers Pure Yoga more than just a “place to practice,” but sees Pure Yoga as a “feeling of love, connection and empowerment” every time you walk through its doors.
In addition to teaching, Lori is the studio’s owner.
