Jessica attended her first yoga class with Laura almost a decade ago & instantly fell in love with the practice. As a registered nurse and busy mom of three, she was accustom to caring for others and running around fully depleted. Yoga helped fill her empty cup! For her, it was the perfect balance of cardio, deep stretch and relaxation.
Jessica’s busy lifestyle had trained her mind to always be in motion, preparing for what’s up next, but never present in the now. The biggest gift she has received from yoga is the ability to maintain presence and authenticity in all aspects of her life.
Jessica completed her 200 hour yoga teacher certification in March 2017 and is certified with Yoga Alliance. She earned a certificate in yin from PranaYoga and has also studied with Jason Crandel. Her teaching style promotes a strong physical practice with emphasis on safe alignment. She encourages her students to tap into their inner strength and open their minds to new possibilities. Jessica’s mood is light and fun, never letting the class get too serious.
When not on her mat, Jessica can be found working as a nurse at a local hospital, reading, running and chasing after her kids. She most enjoys traveling with her family, friends and her dogs.
